You might be surprised to learn that the photos above are not some exotic Caribbean hideaway but are actually beaches in Scotland in the United Kingdom!

There is a story of Mary duelling another pirate on a beach to defend a man she had fallen for.  Find the beach, pick our angles and we can have a fantastic and dramatic fight scene.  I may well have to write scenes to suit the locations we can find and use, rather than write scenes and then try to find locations. 

The main problem is going to be the fact that, although the locations can probably be found, they may be spread all over the country.  A beach in the North West of Scotland, a ship on the South coast, a prison cell somewhere in the middle.  Traveling to the different locations and having to accommodate people could be very problematic and expensive.
